Wow! I have just finished my first workout of the new year and it about killed me. I am following Tony Horton's 10 minute Trainer DVDs. Today was cardio. You would think 10 minutes, no problem. Hahahaha... I was laughing at myself after 4 minutes in thinking I already wanted to stop. My plan is to work out every morning. Right now I have a short term goal of 6 weeks. Why 6 weeks? We have been invited to a friends lake house and..... dun dun dun... there is a hot tub. Now I do not really consider myself as "fat" or "overweight". I am 5'2 and about 128lbs. I have labeled myself as a pudgy skinny girl. I do not like my love handles or my lower stomach. Everything else could use toning and that's my plan. My goal is to feel comfortable in my own skin and more importantly in a bathing suit. So short term goal - hot tub, long term goal - lakes and pools.
