I woke up this morning thinking that to exercise would be impossible. My legs like spaghetti and calves like bricks I thought I was going to fall over just trying to pee! I walked around a bit and decided I was not going to accomplish my goal by doing nothing. "Decide - Commit - Succeed" Today was total body. It was hard starting off sore but I did it. Made it through the whole 10 minutes! Hahaha, makes me laugh every time I say that, but if you are laughing too you should try it. Very curious to see how I make it through a day of cleaning house being sore and expecting to get worse. Overall I do feel great!
Food - I've done considerably better as far as eating. I Have not had any coke. (which is huge!) In the last 2 days I would say my faults were macaroni and cheese and a brownie. Other than that I've had water, tuna and wheat thins, cottage cheese, and even tried scrambled egg whites.
